Emma is a kind, gentle, easy to handle mare that acts like a gelding. She is a good keeper, no drama, and lives well alone or with other horses. She has been roped on and was my go-to horse for ranch work and was a reliable mount to pull out in any weather. She was also the safe horse we got out to let beginner friends and family ride. She developed navicular and is broodmare or light riding sound only now. She would still be a great horse to tote kids around the ranch on but cannot handle heavy work. She is barefoot and not receiving any maintenance.
